Stayed here for three weeks for a business trip. Probably the best complementary breakfast I’ve ever had in my entire life. Hugh selection great quality variations throughout the days. Very clean hotel room. All the staff are very helpful, polite and happy to be at work. First time traveling anywhere without my family or alone for that matter. I feel very safe here and at home. Sad to be leaving in a few days, but would recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, you’re in the middle of downtown walking distance or a scooter ride away from everything you would ever want to see in Chicago

What a wonderful, beautiful, spacious hotel! Staff was so kind but super efficient at check in. Our flight got us in decently early, and they allowed us to check in at 10am! Check in took less than 5 minutes and service was delivered with a smile. Our room was clean and the perfect temperature upon arrival which really took it the extra mile for me. Beds were nice, pillows were lovely, and everything was spotless. Now the real reason I decided to even write a review and give this place 5 stars? A wonderful lady named, Annette. She took this place from feeling like a nice place to stay, to somewhere where I could truly feel at home. She was working the breakfast buffet (which is AWESOME might I add) and her kindness will never be forgotten. Ensuring we had a smooth dining experience and asking us how our morning was. Making sure the breakfast area was not only tidy but spotless. Coming to our table and asking if there was anything she could clean up for us. She was an absolutely sweetheart and you could tell she genuinely cared about her job. I’m a firm believer that every job is important and to see the way people come through hotels and don’t clean up after themselves is crazy. Annette was happy to help us. She was happy to chat and ask us about our time in Chicago. She made the experience delightful and started off our morning on a wonderful note. Annette, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and excellent service. We see you, and we APPRECIATE you. YOU made our trip. This is the kind of place you want to stay at!

Great location ans near so many things you can walk to. The staff was very welcoming and I mean all staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean, spacious, and they offer a good breakfast. My only issue was the a/c unit in our room did not work very good. Our room would get hot and we would have to turn the A/C off and on to get it to kick on. I did call the front desk about and they sent a engineer up but it was working then. I was trying to explain to him that somedays it does work and some days it does not work and the room would get hot. Thankfully they had a fan in the room but no A/C running during the summer time was a disappointment with this room. Other then the A/C issues our stay was nice.

The room was super clean and the location is walkable to many great restaurants. We really enjoyed the peaceful outdoor patio, with a view of the city and lovely landscaping. Above all, the service at this hotel was exemplary. The serving staff in the breakfast lounge were so friendly and so efficient, and the front desk crew were extremely helpful and treated us with such kindness. Even the security guard, working the late shift, offered us an amiable greeting! Hats off to the Hilton staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Very good hotel, close to the loop and to lots of restaurants and shops. The metro station is close and so is the bus stop. The room was spacious with a big bed, sofa and the kitchen; bathroom was clean and nice too. WiFi worked great, breakfast could be improved. Staff excellent.

Loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The full kitchen was a huge plus. Their daily hot breakfast was AMAZING. The location is near the Green/Pink line which made using public transportation easy. The terrace was beautiful. The pool is on the smaller side, but my kids didn’t seem to mind. My only complaint would be we wished the pool/terrace stayed open until 11 on the weekends. We will definitely stay here again though!

I have stayed here 3 times over the past few years and its wonderful. It is totally reasonably priced for Chicago. The rooms are really nice with full sized refrigerators, dishwasher, stove top, and microwave. They had a single k-cup coffee maker with a couple free dunkin donuts k-cups. I always forget to bring some. The bathrooms have really nice walk in showers. The parking is easy but this weekend was very crowded for some reason and I took the last spot in the hotel parking garage. There is an upfront maintenance deposit on the room. But I have never had a problem with getting that refunded back to me. I suppose if you trash the room you wouldnt get that back.

We've already booked our next stay! Parking was easy, George at the check-in front desk was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy and nice pillows. We also enjoyed the sitting areas and the selection of books. Excited for our next time away.
